Old Bridge FC History

From the year 1975 saw the formation of Old Bridge FC. It has been a wonderful story with lots of success, heartbreak, resilience and memories which will remain forever. We have been blessed with some wonderful players, great committee members and the extraordinary support of the Old Bridge community and the people of Clonmel.

RETURN TO GREEN LANE

After an absence of 15 years from our spiritual home, we made the return back to our picturesque home grounds at Green Lane, Clonmel back in 2017.

The 'Coming Home' of Old Bridge FC to Green Lane, as well as being the triumph of a small football club against great odds, is also the epitome of what can be achieved when a volunteer community and commercial support come together for the benefit of all.
